so the NBA Finals are underway and through two games the Los Angeles Lakers have proven to be the dominant team. Now when I say dominant I am talking about the dynamic duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
Game one both LeBron and AD scored combined 59, now to me that is dominant, they get the victory 116-98.
Game 2 had a similar ending to it only this time LeBron was the top Scorer with 33 points and Davis with only 14. Lakers win 124-114.
Now with the Lakers up 2-0 my first though is the Miami heat are done.
But to be honest, I am not so sure. Jimmy Butler, one of Miami’s superstars, was quoted as saying, “It’s not over.”
And I think he is right I don’t think it’s over not by a long shot.
I believe the Heat needs to find a way to contain the Lakers’ offence, which obviously goes through Anthony Davis and LeBron James.
The biggest thing the Heat need is more offence.
With Goran Dragic and Bam Adebayo likely out for game 3 the Heat will need more from their top guys.
Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson will all need to step up their game to give themselves a chance.
Let’s see how the heat come out in game 3.
