Phoenix Suns burn the Clippers and move to the Finals:

The Los Angeles Clippers get burned once again in the playoffs only this time it was at the hands of emotional Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns. All it took was six games to defeat Paul George and the Clippers. It was the second time the Clippers have been bounced out of the playoffs, last year in the bubble they were defeated by the Denver Nuggets after being down 3-1.

The Phoenix Suns are heading to their first NBA Finals since 1993 and are looking to win their very first championship in franchise history.

Speaking of firsts, this is the first time in his 16 year career that Chris Paul is head to an NBA Finals and possibly win his very first championship.

Originally in 2005 as the 4th overall pick by the Orleans Pelicans, Paul never made past the semi-finals with both the Pelicans and the Clippers who ironically enough Paul played for at one time.

16 years in waiting will Chris Paul finally get that elusive championship that he has been waiting for?

Well we’re not sure as the Eastern Confence finals between the Atlanta Hawks and the Milwaukee Bucks has yet to be decided.

But if you ask me honestly I really believe that it Paul will get that ring he has been longing for.

Leave me your comments and let me know if you think Chris will win his first career championship.
