Mitchell drops 45 points as the Jazz take game one:

Donovan Mitchell dropped 45 points in game one of the Western Conference semi-finals on Tuesday night. Mitchell who prior to the start of the game had been suffering from nausea managed to pull himself together and takeover the game.

At one point during the game the Jazz were down by double digits, but like I said Donovan Mitchell found another gear and hit shot after shot to give his team the victory.

From the Clippers side of thing Kawhi Leonard scored 23 as the leading scorer for the Clippers, Paul George also contributed to the Clipper offense with 20 points.

But all the offense aside from both side I have to say I am a little concerned when it comes to the Clippers, as I feel as though a lot of LA’s offense is only coming from Kawhi and Paul George.

I would like to see more from guys like Reggie Jackson, Marcus Morris and Nicolas Batum.

And I think the same could be said for Utah, the majority of the scoring is coming from Donovan Mitchell.

I feel they also need more from guys like Rudy Gobert, Joe Ingles etc.

Let’s see who game two of this series comes together on Thursday night.
