Lakers proved to be too much for Rockets:

A seven games series done in five, the Lakers proved to be too much for the Houston Rockets to handle on Saturday night. What happened to the Rockets? Were the Lakers that good? Or did the Rockets not show up? I believe it was a bit of both.

Don’t get me wrong I am not saying the Rockets are a horrible team; I think it was time for James Harden and Russell Westbrook to make a statement. That should have shoud be been championship or bust.

They ran into a team in the Los Angeles who swarmed the Rockets both offensively and defensively. Lebron James, Anthony Davis, Danny Green, Alex Caruso just to name a few of the Lakers the were factors in the Rockets playoff demise.

The Rockets just didn’t have enough to beat Lebron and Anthony Davis. Hopefully this will be something the Rocket will learn from, and be a better team next season.

What I need to see though is more from Russell Westbrook especially in the playoffs, he has been given too many opportunities to prove himself but for some reason just can’t get it done when it counts.

The 2021 season whenever it starts has to be the year the Rockets finally make that jump from playoff contender to NBA Champion, easier said than done just ask my Toronto Raptors.

It took the Raptors 25 years to finally win their first Championship, now with that said the Rockets did win back to back chips in 1994-1995 but that was a difference time and difference era.

I am not winning was easy back the 90s or that winning is easy in today’s game, but when you have two big names like James Harden and Russell Westbrook, there shouldn’t be any reason not to win.

  1. Howdy would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re utilizing? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most. Can you suggest a good internet hosting provider at a fair price? Thank you, I appreciate it!
