LA Showdown Tonight:

Tonight will be a showdown of sorts as the Toronto Raptors are at the Staples Center to take a familiar face in Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers, the Raptors are coming off a big win against another LA team in the Lakers last night, as they beat the Lakers 113-104. This will be the first time the Raptors will see Kawhi since he helped them win their franchise first championship, and then decided it was time to go home and play of his hometown Clippers. I sure going into this game tonight there will be a lot of mixed emotions, and a lot of old friendships being rekindled, speaking of those friends, I recently saw a brief interview of Kawhi were he spoke about his time in Toronto, he was quoted as saying “It was fun and we did something special there” as he was referring to the Championship run the team went on this past June, now Kawhi has moved on is looking to recreate another championship run but with a different team, but before all of that there is a game to be played tonight and I personally would like to see that Raptors sweep LA tonight, I feel the Raptors have everything in place to do that, not that I am selling the Clippers short because they also have a lot of firepower in the lineup in guys like Patrick Beverly, Lou Williams, and Montrell Harell just to name a few. And so the wait begins to see who will win this pivotal game tonight, will it be the Pascal Siakam led Toronto Raptors or will it be the Kawhi Leonard show tonight.
